Information We Collect & How We Use It

Your privacy is important to us. It is 3PAC's policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you across our web, iOS and Android applications, https://iceboard.co, and other sites we own and operate.

The only personal information are the ones provided by your company and are only those we truly need to provide the service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your company's will, knowledge and consent.

The data provided is stored under the terms agreed with the company customer of the service provided by 3PAC. The end user should consequently consult his/her internal I.T. department to get the terms and conditions of storage of his/her personal data in the context of the ICEboard application.

We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. In order to give you the service, we collect information from your interactions with our network. Some of this information, the company you work with has actively told us (such as your first name, last name, username, professional e-mail address). Other information, we collect based on actions you take while using ICEboard, such as what pages you access and your interactions with our product (like creating an incident, broadcasting it, messaging people). This information includes records of those interactions, your Internet Protocol address, information about your device (such as device or browser type).

What data we store, we'll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use or modification. 3PAC uses third-party vendors and hosting partners, such as OVH, Outscale and Microsoft, for hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology we need to run ICEboard.

We maintain two types of logs: server logs and event logs. By using 3PAC services, you authorize 3PAC to transfer, store, and use your information in Europe.

We use this information to provide, test and improve our applications.

Our website may link to external sites that are not operated by us. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and practices of these sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy policies.

You are free to refuse to share your personal information, to do so please contact the in-house person in charge of the relation with our company (3PAC), you will consequently be unable to access the ICEboard services.

Tracking & Cookies

We don't use browser cookies.

3PAC doesn't track you across the Internet. We track only your interactions within the 3PAC network (which encompasses iceboard.co and custom domains hosted by ICEboard).

We don't share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties.

Data security

We use encryption (HTTPS/TLS) to protect data transmitted to and from our applications. However, no data transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee security. You use the Service at your own risk, and you're responsible for taking reasonable measures to secure your account

Deleting a user account

If a user wants to be deleted from the application database, he/she has to ask the ICEboard administrator from his/her company. It is always possible to contact the ICEboard support team for any question regarding this process at support@iceboard.co.

Along with the account, the user data will be removed from the application.

This policy is effective as of 1 October 2018.
